Payment terms
If payment is not received on the last due date and at the latest 14 days after receiving a written demand for payment from the company, Internet Partners may charge default interest and apply other breaches of contract. Invoices are due for payment 7 days after issuance. Monthly subscription clients will be invoiced on the 1st of each month. Internet Partners charges a reminder fee of DKK 100 for each late payment reminder. All prices are quoted in Danish kroner, excluding VAT.
Binding
If the customer terminates the cooperation during the binding period, they must pay a minimum of 70% of the agreed work price for the full binding period. Binding periods are agreed in writing. If the cooperation is terminated, the current month plus one applies. Information and access must be shared with Internet Partners as necessary for digital marketing strategies.
Prices
Internet Partners operates with a standard hourly rate of DKK 900, excluding VAT. Unless otherwise stated, all agreements and services are invoiced on a time-consumed basis. Internet Partners may enter into consultancy work on a fixed price and time-based payment basis.

Internet Partners provides services to assist and consult companies in their business endeavours. This may include, but is not limited to, market research, customer behaviour, consulting and developing marketing strategies.
Client Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their brands, products, and business practices.
Compliance with Laws
Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale and marketing of their products.
Agency as Intermediary
Internet Partners acts as an intermediary between brands and retail stores. Internet Partners do not guarantee placement and are not responsible for the success or failure of a brand's presence in retail stores.
Fees and Payments
Details regarding fees, payment schedules, and refund policies will be outlined in separate agreements between Internet Partners and the Client.
Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the course of their engagement.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws. The decision of the arbitrator will be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Internet Partners may modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. You are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions for any changes. Your continued use of the website after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason with written notice. Termination does not relieve the Client of any financial obligations incurred before termination. Internet Partners may terminate your access to the website at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms and conditions.
