Rights to the Work

The customer must ensure that the work is not used in a manner that is contrary to the agreement, Danish law or good business practices. Any use of the work must be agreed with Internet Partners in writing in advance. The customer is responsible for obtaining the necessary rights to use images, film, music and other material in connection with the work. The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals for the use of the work, incl. copyright and trademark rights.

Personal Data Processing

When collecting, processing, and storing personal data in connection with the delivery of services, Internet Partners acts as a data processor on behalf of the customer as a data controller. Internet Partners processes personal data in accordance with the customer's instructions and in accordance with the provisions of the Danish Data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
